Message from the CEO

Hello Glam Couture's Kings & Queens and welcome to our second issue! We put a lot of work into this and we think you will love it! Thank you to everyone that took the time out to check out our first issue and gave wonderful compliments. We are still learning and growing.

 

In this issue our stylist pulled from rl inspired designers. Fall is upon us so we wanted to show you some rl trends with a sl twist The stylists did both couture and ready to wear looks. The ladies worked super hard and they had lots of fun. 

 

Here is what the stylists had to say about their inspiration:

 

Kelly S. Mondavi -J.W Anderson :

"I chose JW Anderson because of his bold approach to fashion. As a teen you want something that's  fun but also something unique and one that makes you stand out from the rest. JW is great at giving you pieces that fits all three and he also throws in a very cool splash of color in there which makes even better."

 

 Ginavive Bordeaux- Jean Paul Gaulier 

 "I chose Jean Paul Gaultier because he is known to challenge the "standard view of fashion", taking the classic look to a whole new dynamic.  Gaultier's fall collection was said by Vogue to embrace "ski culture, focusing on the glamazon on the chairlift, and the bejeweled and bedazzled snow bunny." Embodying big sweaters, sophisticated hoods, and layers upon layers! We love Jean Paul Gaultier!"

 

 Pashon Moralez-Renee- Zuhair Murad 

 "I chose Zuhair Murad because in my eyes he is the couture of bridal.......anyone can feel like a Queen on their wedding day while wearing of his designs."

Also in this issues, I would like to officially announce our first Fall Fashion Week. The theme this year is Dark Couture. I would like to personally thank the designers who are creating exclusive pieces for the runway. Keep in mind ALL pieces will be sold at the Fashion Week Shopping Area, ONLY for that week. 

 

Alright I think I'll stop here.. lol.. But first I'd like to SPECIAL THANK YOU  to my talented daughter Callie MIlan Moralez for the amazing pictures and working so hard on the layout.  I love you sweetie and keep shining.
